If you question is connected to getting your logo: 

Usually, all orders are delivered within 3 or 7 working days, depending on whether you have ordered using expedited or standard service.

If you did not provide an email, your order download link gets sent via sms, however, you can always request a copy to your email via orders@artlogo.co.

If you did enter your email and do not see your order within this timeframe, check your spam folder (unless there is a typo in your email - in most cases, it's there).
