Once you approved your Artlogo signature, you will be provided with a special link from our server that includes your complete order assets. Here's how you can download your files.
Downloading Your Files Through your Computer:
Go to your order folder sent to you and click the “Download” button on the upper-right corner of the screen to download the whole folder.
You can also click on the ellipsis button (...) on the right side of each file and click “Download” to download a specific file.
The file/s will be saved in your default download folder.
Downloading Your Files Through your Phone:
Open the provided link to access your order folder. Tap the “Arrow Down” icon on the upper-right corner of the screen to download the whole folder.
You can also click on the ellipsis button (...) on the right side of each file and tap “Arrow Down” icon to download a specific file.
The file/s will be saved in your default download folder.
